Media Advisory: Minister to Report on Results of Red
Tape Reduction Initiative
The Honourable Paul Oram, Minister of Business, will be joined by
representatives of industry and government to report on the results of
the three-year Red Tape Reduction Initiative at an event tomorrow
(Thursday, May 7) at 11:30 a.m. in the main lobby of the East Block of
Confederation Building.
The Red Tape Reduction Initiative was launched in 2006 with the goal
to decrease regulatory requirements within the Provincial Government by
25 per cent by the end of March 2009.
