Transportation and Works September 29, 2008 Media Advisory: Grand Concourse Authority Funding Presentation The Honourable Dianne Whalen, Minister of Transportation and Works, along with St. John�s East MHA Ed Buckingham, will make a funding presentation to the Grand Concourse Authority, 11:00 a.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, September 30). The ceremony will take place at the Virginia River, behind Coaker�s Meadow Plaza, Torbay Road.
