Office of the Citizens� Representative March 14, 2008 Information Sessions
The Citizens� Representative is an Officer of the House of Assembly and is independent of political parties and government administration. The office receives complaints from citizens about administrative acts, errors, omissions and decisions of the provincial public service when all other avenues of appeal are exhausted. This service is free and confidential. Barry Fleming, Q.C. will be conducting intake sessions from March 17 to 20 at the following locations: March 17 Happy Valley-Goose Bay: Hotel North March 18 Labrador City: Two Seasons Inn March 19 - 20 Corner Brook: Greenwood Inn & Suites Members of the public who wish to file a complaint or learn more about the office are asked to make an appointment by calling 1-800-559-0079. Afternoon and evening appointments are available.
