Media Advisory: Minister to Attend 2008 Project Red Ribbon Launch The Honourable Dianne Whalen, Minister of Municipal Affairs will attend the 2008 Project Red Ribbon Launch of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) on Friday, November 7 at 10:00 a.m. in the East Block lobby of Confederation Building.
