Media Advisory: Minister to Present Fire Vehicle and Observe Fire and
Emergency Services Training on Burin Peninsula

The Honourable Dave Denine, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Minister Responsible for Fire and Emergency Services � Newfoundland and Labrador, will be on the Burin Peninsula tomorrow (Friday, October 31), to officially present a new fire rescue vehicle to the Lawn Fire Department and visit participants of the Fire and Emergency Services Training School in Marystown and Burin.

Itinerary

1:30 p.m. Minister to present fire rescue vehicle in the Town of Lawn, at the Lawn Fire Department

2:30 p.m. Minister to visit NFPA Firefighter Level 1 and 2 training, at the Marystown Fire Department Training Grounds

4:00 p.m. Minister to observe vehicle extrication exercise and NFPA 1002 Hydraulics course, at the Burin Fire Department
