Municipal Affairs October 3, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Launch Provincial Fire Prevention Week The Honourable Dave Denine, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Minister Responsible for Fire and Emergency Services � Newfoundland and Labrador, will officially launch Fire Prevention Week 2008: Prevent Home Fires! on Monday, October 6, 9:00 a.m., at Newtown Elementary School in Mount Pearl. Minister Denine will be joined by Fire Commissioner Fred Hollett and a representative from the St. John�s Regional Fire Department. Media representatives are advised to check at the school�s main office to sign-in.
