Media Advisory: Minister to Announce R&D Funding On Wednesday, May 14, the Honourable Trevor Taylor, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will announce funding for 20 research projects. Dr. Eddy Campbell, President and Vice-Chancellor of Memorial University and researchers will accompany Minister Taylor in making the announcement.
