Media Advisory: Minister to Announce Funding for Skills Mentoring Program

The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, will announce funding for a new skills training program provided through the Newfoundland and Labrador Association for Community Living. The announcement will take place tomorrow (Friday, October 24) at 9:30 a.m. at the Nova Central School District Regional Office, 28 Prices Avenue, Grand Falls-Windsor.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Association for Community Living (NLACL) works with and on behalf of individuals with a developmental disability and their families. NLACL works to ensure individuals live as full participants in the community.
