Media Advisory: Minister to Address Youth at FINALY! AGM The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, will address youth attending the FINALY! Leadership Summit and Annual General Meeing in Grand Falls-Windsor tomorrow (Friday, October 3). Minister Skinner�s address will be delivered during a banquet dinner held at the Mount Peyton Hotel at 7:00 p.m. The FINALY! acronym stands for Futures In Newfoundland and Labrador�s Youth. FINALY! is a youth-driven organization that empowers youth to be active participants in decision-making and implementation.
