Human Resources, Labour and Employment July 15, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Open Trades Conference The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, will open the Atlantic Building Trades Conference 2008, hosted by the Newfoundland and Labrador Building and Construction Trades Council. The event begins at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, July 16) at the Fairmont Newfoundland in St. John�s.
