House of Assembly November 14, 2008 House of Assembly to Open on November 25 The Government House Leader, the Honourable Joan Burke, announced today that the House of Assembly will open for its fall session on Tuesday, November 25, at 1:30 p.m. "The sitting of the legislature is an important part of our democratic process," said the Honourable Joan Burke, Government House Leader. "We look forward to a productive session with respectful and healthy debate on the legislative agenda and issues during the fall session of the House of Assembly.
