Media Advisory: Minister to Launch This Year�s New Get Up On It Campaign for Addictions Awareness Week

The Honourable Ross Wiseman, Minister of Health and Community Services, will join students from grades seven through 12 from Clarenville High School and Middle School on Monday, November 17, to officially launch this year�s new Get Up On It campaign for Addictions Awareness Week. The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the gymnasium of Clarenville High School.

Get Up On It is an annual addictions awareness campaign that began in 2005 and focuses on the prevention of addictions in youth.
