Health and Community Services October 8, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Unveil New Radiation Treatment Machines The Honourable Ross Wiseman, Minister of Health and Community Services, will officially unveil two new radiation treatment machines (linear accelerators) and a new treatment area tomorrow (Thursday, October 9) at 2:00 p.m. in the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre, St. John�s. The event will begin in the staff lounge. The minister will be joined by representatives from Eastern Health and the Dr. H.
