Government Services October 24, 2008 Public Advisory: Minister Allows for Early Studded Tire Use The Honourable Kevin O�Brien, Minister of Government Services, would like to advise the public that studded tires can now be put on vehicles effective today. Usually the date studded tires can start to be used is November 1.
