Government Services April 3, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Accept Archaeology Report on Red Bay, Labrador The Honourable Kevin O�Brien, Minister of Government Services, will represent the Provincial Government at the presentation of a Parks Canada final report on more than 25 years of research and study of underwater archaeology at Red Bay Labrador entitled: The Underwater Archaeology of Red Bay: Basque Shipbuilding and Whaling in the 16th Century.
