Advisory: Minister to Announce Revised Seafood Processing The Honourable Trevor Taylor, acting Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will hold a news conference to announce a revised seafood processing policy framework for the province. Minister Taylor will also be announcing his decision on the Fish Processing Licensing Board�s recommendation regarding licences for plants in LaScie, Conche and Englee. The news conference will take place at 2:00 p.m., today (Monday, October 27) at the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. There will also be a technical briefing for the media on the revised policy framework beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the same location.
