Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Official Opening of New Training Facility The Honourable Dave Denine, Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister Responsible for the Volunteer and Non-Profit Sector, will speak at the official opening of the new Frank Zahn High Performance Marksmanship and Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic (CSCA) Training Facility on the St. John�s campus of Memorial University. The event will take place tomorrow (Friday, December 12), at 1:00 p.m. in the Physical Education Building, Room PE 1002. The training facility is used for high performance target shooters including international level seniors and Canada Games juniors. Frank Zahn was an avid marksman in the province shooting community.
