Executive Council October 16, 2008 Media Advisory: Premier to Co-Host Reception Celebrating Installation of Sixth Chancellor of Memorial University of Newfoundland The Honourable Danny Williams, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, along with Gil Dalton, Chair of the Board of Regents, and Dr. Eddy Campbell, Acting President and Vice-Chancellor, Memorial University of Newfoundland, will co-host a reception this evening (Thursday, October 16) celebrating the installation of General Rick J. Hillier (Retired) as the university�s sixth Chancellor. Premier Williams will bring remarks and introduce General Hillier at the reception.
