The Honourable Danny Williams, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will be the keynote speaker at the St. John�s Board of Trade luncheon tomorrow (Wednesday, September 10). The luncheon will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the St. John�s Convention Centre, Marconi Hall.
