Environment and Conservation August 15, 2008 Environmental Assessment Bulletin The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Environment and Conservation, has announced the following events relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act. UNDERTAKING REGISTERED: Dunville Healey�s Pond Amusement/RV Park The proposed 7 hectare site is located 6 kilometres north of Dunville, 100 metres off an access road from Route 100. The site is partially cleared and has an existing go-cart racetrack. There will be an amusement park, mini-golf, playground, RV lots and walking trails. The site will not require electricity and will operate during the summer months and holidays. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin this fall. The undertaking was registered on August 14, 2008; public comments are due by September 18, 2008; and, the minister's decision is due by September 28, 2008.
