Special Ballot Results

Special ballots for the August 27, 2008, by-elections in Baie Verte-Springdale and Cape St. Francis were counted this evening (Monday, August 25). There were 90 special ballots received from Baie Verte-Springdale and 91 special ballots received from Cape St. Francis. Every application that was sent out was returned, for a success rate of 100 per cent.

The special ballot results will be combined with the remainder of the votes cast on polling day and will be reported at the end of the night.
