Education June 19, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Address College Graduates The Honourable Joan Burke, Minister of Education, will address students graduating from the Prince Philip Drive, Ridge Road and Seal Cove campuses of College of the North Atlantic. The graduation ceremony begins at 2:30 p.m. today (Thursday, June 19) at the Arts and Culture Centre in St. John�s.
