Education April 24, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Graduation Ceremonies The Honourable Joan Burke, Minister of Education, will bring greetings at College of the North Atlantic�s graduation ceremony tomorrow (Friday, April 25) in Stephenville. The 155 graduates represent virtually all 24 programs offered at the college.
