Education February 29, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Education Week Activities The Honourable Joan Burke, Minister of Education, will visit St. Mary�s Elementary in St. John�s on Monday, March 3, at 11:00 a.m., in acknowledgement of Education Week 2008. The opening ceremonies for Education Week are being held this year at Mountain Feild Academy in Forteau, Labrador. Darin King, the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Education, will participate in that event on behalf of Minister Burke.
