Auditor General releases Special Report to House of Assembly on
Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board

John L. Noseworthy, CA, Auditor General, today released a Special Report to the House of Assembly on the refusal of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board to provide unrestricted access to information necessary to conduct an intended review of its operations.
