Basketball Championships

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association kicks of its Molson Senior Championships this weekend, March 2-4 in Stephenville.

The Molson Provincial Men�s Division II Championship has five teams entered in the event scheduled for the Provincial Training Centre. Teams include; Northern Medical and Black Horse from the St. John�s League, Donnini�s from the Grand Falls-Windsor League along with Boswalos Peng�s and Stephenville All Stars from the Stephenville league. Play will commence at 3:30 Friday afternoon and conclude with the championship game on Sunday morning.
