Tourism, Culture and Recreation February 19, 2007 Public Advisory: Colonial Building Open House and Information Session The Department of Tourism, Culture and recreation will hold an open house and information session at the Colonial Building, Military Road, St. John�s on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The public are invited to view a proposed plan for the development of programs and interpretation at the provincial historic site and offer comments and suggestions. Historic Sites staff will be available to answer questions and explain the current options for development of the site. From 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., APROPOS Consultants will give a detailed public presentation explaining the options under consideration and discuss plans for the Colonial Building�s restoration. -30- Media contact: 2007 02 19 10:15 a.m.
