Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Heritage Day Celebrations

The Honourable Tom Hedderson, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will join representatives from the province�s heritage community in recognizing February 19 as national Heritage Day.

The minister will attend Heritage Day celebrations scheduled to take place at the Basilica Cathedral Museum, St. John�s, at 9:30 a.m. Hosted by Heritage Newfoundland and Labrador, this celebration of the province�s cultural heritage will highlight the success of heritage initiatives throughout the province. The public are invited to attend.
