Municipal Affairs August 3, 2007 Media Advisory: Minister Byrne to Provide Update on Flooding The Honourable Jack Byrne, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will hold a news conference this afternoon (Friday, August 3) at 1:30 p.m. to provide an update on flooding as a result of Tropical Storm Chantal.
