Advisory: Minister to Hold News Conference to Announce The Honourable Jack Byrne, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will hold a news conference on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 to announce funding for a new recreational infrastructure initiative on the North East Avalon. Minister Byrne will be joined by the mayors of Torbay, Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, Pouch Cove and Flatrock.
