Human Resources, Labour and Employment December 14, 2007 Media Advisory: New Canadian Voices to Perform at Confederation Building The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and minister responsible for immigration, will welcome a performance from New Canadian Voices, the Association for New Canadians amateur choir. The choir, consisting of newcomers to our province from around the world, will sing a selection of Christmas carols.
