New Employment Initiative The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, will be joined by Barry Galloway, Executive Director of the Independent Living Resource Centre, to launch a new employment initiative for persons with disabilities. The event is scheduled for Monday, December 3, at 9:30 a.m. in the Media Centre, East Block, Confederation Building.
