Human Resources, Labour and Employment July 19, 2007 Media Advisory: Minister to Announce New Career Information Resource Centres The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, will officially announce the expansion of Career Information Resource Centres at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 20, at the Employment Transitions Program Office in the Millbrook Mall, Corner Brook.
