Human Resources, Labour and Employment May 22, 2007 Media Advisory: Minister Skinner to Address Business Community The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, will speak at the inaugural signing of the province�s CEO Leadership Charter for occupational health and safety today (Tuesday, May 22) at the Fairmount Hotel in St. John�s. Minister Skinner will begin his address at noon. The CEO Charter signing will see 30 business leaders from around the province make a commitment to achieving breakthroughs in occupational health and safety performance. On Wednesday, May 23, Minister Skinner will address members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA) - Western Region, at the Glynmill Inn, Corner Brook, at 6:30 p.m. The NLCA is an incorporated not-for-profit association of contractors, builders, and suppliers primarily engaged in the construction industry throughout the province. -30- Media contact: 2007 05 22 9:10 a.m.
