Human Resources, Labour and Employment May 3, 2007 Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Launch of Growing Homes Event The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and Minister Responsible for Newfoundland Labrador Housing, will join members and guests of the St. John�s Community Advisory Committee on Homelessness at its launch of three new public outreach tools created to address homelessness in the city.
