Media Advisory: Minister to Address Skills
Canada Newfoundland and Labrador Partner�s Luncheon

The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment will address the Skills Canada Newfoundland and Labrador Partner�s luncheon Friday, March 30, at the Bistro, College of the North Atlantic, Prince Phillip Drive Campus, beginning at 12:00 noon.

The 10th Annual Provincial Skilled Trade and Technology Competition is an opportunity for 300 high-school, post-secondary and apprenticeship finalists to come together from throughout the province and compete in 34 trade and technology skill competitions. In early June, the gold medal winners will go on to represent the province at the 13th Annual Canadian Skills Competition in Saskatoon.
