House of Assembly to Open on March 22

Government House Leader, the Honourable Tom Rideout, announced today that the House of Assembly will open for its spring session on Thursday, March 22, at 1:30 p.m.

The Speech from the Throne will be delivered by His Honour, the Honourable Edward Roberts Lieutenant Governor on April 24.

�I�m sure I join with all the members in saying that we look forward to getting back to the legislative agenda,� said Minister Rideout.  �Our government looks forward to completing the initiatives we have commenced in the early part of our mandate.  We are sure this will be a productive session in terms of ensuring those goals are accomplished.�
