Advisory: Minister to Announce Enhancements The Honourable Ross Wiseman, Minister of Health and Community Services, will join child care professionals and families at Family and Child Care Connections to make an announcement on new enhancements for Early Learning and Child Care. The event will take place tomorrow (Friday, November 30), at 9:30 a.m. Family and Child Care Connections is located at 50 Pippy Place, Unit 22, St. John�s.
