Minister to Speak at Canadian College of The Honourable Ross Wiseman, Minister of Health and Community Services, will be a keynote speaker at the Canadian College of Health Service Executives Education Session on Thursday, April 19 at 4:00 p.m. at the Battery Hotel, St. John�s. The focus of the minister's speech will be Human Resource Planning in the Health Sector in Newfoundland and Labrador: A Minister�s Perspective.
