Fisheries and Aquaculture November 27, 2007 Media Advisory: Government Celebrates 40th Anniversary of Crab Fishery The Provincial Government will be hosting a gala to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the crab fishery in Newfoundland and Labrador. The gala will take place on Wednesday, November 28, 7:30 p.m., at The Fairmont Newfoundland. This will follow a reception at 6:30 p.m. The Honourable Tom Rideout, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will be the hosting the event and speaking on behalf of the Provincial Government.
