Fisheries and Aquaculture October 16, 2007 Media Advisory: Minister to Host Counterpart from New Brunswick The Honourable Tom Rideout, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will be hosting his counterpart from New Brunswick, the Honourable Ronald Ouellette, Minister of Agriculture and Aquaculture. The two ministers will be on the south coast of the province on Tuesday, October 16, and Wednesday, October 17. The purpose of the visit is for the New Brunswick delegation to view the expanding aquaculture industry in this province. As well, both provinces will discuss areas of mutual interest and potential co-operation in advancing aquaculture in their respective jurisdictions.
