Minister Rideout and Crystal Bourne of Academy Canada at the Newfoundland and Labrador reception in Boston. Crystal was the winner of a seafood cooking competition held in February. The event was sponsored by the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture. Crystal was one of the chefs at the reception. |
