Executive Council March 28, 2007 Media Advisory: Swearing-in ceremony The newly-elected Member of the House of Assembly for Labrador West, Jim Baker, will be sworn-in tomorrow (Thursday, March 29) during a ceremony by Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, Edward Roberts.
