The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Environment and Conservation, has announced the following event relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act.

Milton Residential Development                                                  (Reg. 1363)
Proponent: Shoal Investments Limited

The development includes an approximately 11 hectare, 20-30 lot subdivision. Access to the site is proposed off Route 230 directly adjacent to the local United Church. Construction will include site excavation, the homes and water and sewer hook-up. The development is to occur over a two-year period.

The undertaking was registered on December 21, 2007; public comments are due by January 25, 2008; and the minister's decision is due by February 4, 2008.

Comments on submitted documents are invited from the public, addressed in writing to the minister, prior to the deadline date shown.
