following events relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the
Environmental Protection Act.

The Newfoundland and
Labrador Refinery Project Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be
acceptable subject to the minister�s approval of a satisfactory
amendment to the EIS.

Component Study
2.) Migratory Birds Component Study
3.) Marine Fish and Fish Habitat Component Study

These Component
Studies will be acceptable subject to the minister�s approval of a final
document that satisfactorily addresses additional information
requirements. These documents are available on the Environmental
Assessment Web site indicated below.
