Environment and Conservation July 12, 2007 Environmental Assessment Bulletin Environment and Conservation Minister the Honourable Clyde Jackman has announced the following events relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PLAN RECEIVED Upper Terra Nova Fishway Temporary Access Road Proponent: Fisheries and Oceans Canada (Reg. 1317) The Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) has been received. The public is invited to review the EPP and provide comments by August 2, 2007.
