Environment and Conservation June 8, 2007 Media Advisory: Minister to Address Urban Municipalities Committee The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will speak at a meeting of the Urban Municipalities Committee (UMC) of Municipalities of Newfoundland and Labrador. The UMC is comprised of representatives of all municipalities in the province with populations in excess of 4,000.
