Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Newfoundland Power�s
EnviroFest Celebrations in Burin 

The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will join Earl Ludlow, President and Chief Executive Officer of Newfoundland Power, in Burin on Thursday, May 31, to participate in EnviroFest activities.

A tree planting and dedication service begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre followed by EnviroFest at Donald C. Jamieson Academy at 6:30 p.m.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of EnviroFest, an annual event hosted by Newfoundland Power to focus on ways to protect and conserve the environment in our province. The Department of Environment and Conservation is a partner in this year�s provincial activities.
