Wednesday, October 31, 2007, was the deadline for receipt of Special Ballots at the Chief Electoral Office and the District Returning Office in Grand Falls-Windsor-Buchans.

In total, 115 Special Ballots were issued and all 115 Special Ballots were received back. The Special Ballots will be counted at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 4, 2007.

The Special Ballot results will be combined with the rest of the votes on polling night and will be reported at the end of the night.
