Election Notices
The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer would like
to notify the residents of Grand Falls-Windsor-Buchans that several
deadlines are approaching for the November 6, 2007 General Election in
that district.
Close of Nominations is 2:00 p.m. Saturday,
October 27, 2007.
Advance polls will be taking place on Tuesday,
October 30, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Grand Falls-Windsor, Buchans and Badger.
Deadline to be added to the voter�s list in
Grand Falls-Windsor-Buchans is 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2007.
Deadline for receipt of completed Special
Ballots is 4:00 p.m. October 30, 2007 both at the Chief
Electoral Office and at the District Returning Office.
Additionally, electors may drop off completed Special
Ballots at the district Advance Poll where there will be Special Ballot
Drop-Off boxes available.
